Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for The Old Vicarage in Swinderby, Lincoln. You will support individuals with complex needs, help with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips. A company vehicle is provided and a full UK driving licence is required to use it.

Starting rates and a £500 joining bonus are offered, with opportunities to progress pay via our competency framework. DBS checks are part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and comfort with basic tech.
• Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willingness to obtain it.

• Assist with community activities and trips to promote independence.
• Provide compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated care within the home.
• Utilise the competency framework to progress and unlock higher pay bands.
