New Reflexions is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support young people up to 18 across Shropshire, Powys and Staffordshire. Training is provided from day one, with funded QCF Level 3 and Level 5 progression options.
You will build trusted relationships, assist with daily routines, and participate in educational activities to promote wellbeing and independence in a nurturing environment. Sleep-ins and shift patterns apply.
