Job summary

HRS Healthcare Ltd in Kirkintilloch is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 5-bed children's home. You will lead care delivery, create comprehensive care plans and drive high standards of care while overseeing daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, team development, and a solid grasp of Scottish childcare legislation, with driving responsibilities and the right to work in the UK as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• SVQ 4/SQF Level 9 Children and Young People and HNC/Academic equivalent qualification that meets SSSC requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience at Assistant Manager level or 4+ years with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of legislation relating to child care including National Care Standards, Children (Scotland) Act 1995, GIRFEC.
• Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.
