Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Children's Registered Home Manager in Blackpool. In this role, you'll provide operational leadership, manage a high-performing care team, and oversee care planning and safeguarding strategies.

Children’s Registered Home Manager - Blackpool

Highly competitive salary - up to 83K (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Providing full operational leadership of the children’s home
• Managing and supporting a diverse, high-performing care team
• Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management strategies
• Liaising with education teams and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care
• Promoting the home with internal and external stakeholders
• Producing reports and performance data aligned with KPIs
• Driving service quality and continuous improvement
• Contributing to organisational projects and development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• A child-centred individual focused on achieving the best possible outcomes
• Experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years’ experience as a Deputy Manager with the ambition and readiness to step into the Registered Manager role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• A genuine commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic care approaches
