A local government authority in Coventry is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Residential Home. The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating children's transitions. Qualified candidates should have a Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience in a similar environment. This full-time position includes various responsibilities on a rota basis, aiming to improve outcomes for children and young people.
Position: Deputy Manager in a Children’s Residential Home – supporting continuous service development and project‑based work across the home.
Full‑time position, 37 hours per week on a rota basis including evenings, weekends (one weekend a month), bank holidays, sleep‑ins, and out‑of‑hours on‑call responsibilities.
All candidates must have right to work in the UK with a minimum of 2 years remaining on their current status. Sponsorship is not offered.
