Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Registered Manager for our residential home in Birmingham. You will lead the day-to-day operations, oversee a team of Deputy and Assistant Managers, and champion best practice to safeguard and support looked-after children with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Recent 5-year experience in children's residential care.
• At least 2 years in a senior position supervising staff.
• Experience managing a children's home.
• Ability to manage budgets and performance data.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
