Responsibilities

• Develop Comprehensive Care Plans tailored to each young person.
• Build and lead a strong home team with induction and personal development plans.
• Consult young people about their care and allocate key workers.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Maintain high standards in line with minimum standards and approvals.
• Address complaints and safeguarding concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with parents, carers and professionals to safeguard children.
• Participate in care planning and review meetings.
