The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children's Home Registered Manager to lead Peak View in Buxton. You will oversee residential care for young people, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality therapeutic support within a trauma-informed framework.
Salary ranges from £48,000 to £55,000 per year, plus a £3,000 car allowance and a potential bonus up to £8,500. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional additional hours as needed.

Based in the beautiful countryside of the Derbyshire Dales, Peak View is a two-bed service providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support.
Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle of residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.
