Coventry Residential Children's Services currently have several well-established children's homes within the city. Our family-style homes offer individualised care for children aged 10 to 18 years, who have a diverse range of needs and may have been impacted by childhood trauma.
We also have a forward-thinking strategy with a clear vision to expand our provision. Due to this, we are currently in the process of opening new homes. Join us and be part of our incredible journey.

As a manager, you will:
This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and appointment will be conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.
Who are we looking for?Successful candidates will work closely with Operational Leads to build effective teams and achieve positive outcomes for children, including those with complex needs and disabilities.
You will need initiative and a drive for improvement, meeting requirements of the Children Homes Regulations 2015 and best practice standards within SCCIF.
You should have a solid understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in workplace culture and service delivery.
We welcome applications from established managers and deputy managers who have:
(a) Worked for at least 2 years in a relevant residential care role within the last 5 years
(b) Managed staff in a care setting for at least one year
Applicants must provide a full work history since leaving school, including any gaps, to meet Schedule 2 of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
