Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is essential.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years in residential care of children and 12 months in a managerial/senior role.
