Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home on Wirral, Merseyside. You will provide day-to-day leadership, ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance, and work with the Responsible Individual to promote positive outcomes for children.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, significant supervisory experience, knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, a full UK driving

Qualifikationen

• Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

• Build partnerships with families, local authorities, and agencies.
• Manage resources and budget to support high-quality care.
