Sense in Loughborough is hiring a part-time support worker to assist children and young people aged 5 to 17 with complex needs. The role focuses on 1:1 support, promoting communication, life skills, mobility and community access.
You'll join a supportive team, work on Saturdays (9:30am-1:30pm) for 4 hours weekly, with term-time and non-term time flexibility and a range of training and wellbeing benefits.
We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join our us at our at Get Our There Group in Loughborough, providing support to children between the ages of 5 and 17 with complex needs.
This is a Permanentpart time role, working 4hours per week on Saturdays during the year (term time & non-term time) and the shift pattern will be 9:30am-1:30pm.
The 'Get Out There'Clubs provide support for children and young peoplewho still live at home with their families. Working topromote communication skills, life skills, mobility and access to the community.
We provide support for children who have a range of complex needs, including sensory loses and learning disabilities who you will be providing 1:1 support..
You will join a great team of Support Workers, working well together supporting each other and sharing ideas, providing a good support network for families.
