Job summary

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Children's Community Nurse to deliver high-quality care to children and young people in the community. You will work across homes, schools and clinics, providing clinical care and learning to families and carers.

The role includes supporting complex health needs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing practical training to parents, carers, and education staff in a flexible, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care to children with complex health needs in community settings.
• Ability to assess health needs and plan evidence-based care for children and young people.
• Experience supervising and teaching student nurses or junior staff.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in homes, schools, nurseries and clinics.
• Support children with life-limiting or long-term conditions across community settings.
