Qualifikationen

• Registered Children’s Nurse (NMC) is required.
• Computer literate in everyday software and digital tools.
• Desirable: 3+ years post-registration experience.
• Desirable: previous homecare experience, cannulation/venepuncture, IV therapies experience.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high standards of patient care on behalf of HealthNet and partner organisations.
• Teach patients, carers or family members to self-administer therapies or deliver therapies per protocols.
• Conduct telephone calls, virtual consultations and home visits as part of patient support programmes.
• Support patients and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless transition between hospital and home care.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service and patient experience.
