Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse - Child for a full-time post within the Children and Young People’s Community Nursing Service (CYPCNS). The role focuses on the clinical and public health nursing of children, young people and families in the community.

• Registered Nurse - Child with up-to-date knowledge for nursing management of children in the community setting.
• Mentorship and supervision of students, health care assistants and junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specialist community children’s nursing for the CYPCN caseload.
• Promote health and wellbeing of children and families in the community.
• Liaise with clinical experts and other health professionals to provide specialist knowledge and leadership.
• Mentor students and supervise learners during practice placements.
