• Manage own caseload of children in the community.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in children's community settings.
• Provide clinical assessment, care planning, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospital colleagues.
• Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to children in community settings and homes.
