This role involves leading a team within a children’s residential care setting. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, working in a fully equipped environment, with the shared goal of helping children and young people achieve their personal best.
We offer competitive hourly rates (£13.40 to £14.22 depending on experience and qualifications), an overtime rate of 1.25, and gross annual pay based on full-time hours plus 10 sleep-ins (£31,000 to £33,000 depending on experience and qualifications).
