What we are looking for in you
We are seeking enthusiastic, honest, and hardworking leaders to join our teams in Somerset.
You will work collaboratively with staff teams to build professional, positive, and trusting relationships with young people, colleagues, and other relevant agencies.
This role involves modelling, developing, and encouraging positive behaviours among young people and team members to ensure effective management of accommodation, while fostering long-term positive outcomes.
We are keen to find individuals who truly believe in young people and their potential, motivated to make a real difference in their lives and communities.
Creating professional, positive, and trusting relationships is key to supporting each young person, providing a supportive environment for them to move towards greater independence and achieve meaningful goals. Team Leaders play a crucial role in ensuring teams work effectively and consistently to achieve the best outcomes for young people, while striving to improve support and engagement standards. If you're ready to make a real impact and facilitate transformative change, we look forward to your application.
While systems are in place to support you, a significant part of the role involves lone working. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident working independently, and capable of understanding and managing complex and challenging behaviours appropriately.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of others. All appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and the provision of two suitable references.
