Base pay range

Children Complex Care Assistant

Excellent complex pay rates from £14.75 - £15.25 per hour PLUS holiday pay & pension. This equates to a rolled-up hourly rate of £17.03 - £17.60!

Alcedo Care offers a £250 welcome bonus after passing a 3-month probation review.

This role involves supporting individuals with needs such as:

• Autism, challenging behaviors, and learning difficulties
• Clinical interventions, including peg feeds, tracheostomy care, and clinical suction
• Positive behavioral support, social interaction, educational enrichment
• Mental health support, personal care, and toileting
