Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This community-based role focuses on safe, engaging learning outside traditional classrooms.

You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, professionals and regional teams to help learners reconnect and thrive. A minimum of three days per week is required, with 16-25 GBP per hour for lead roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

About the Role

Who We're Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
