Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This community-based role works beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored sessions, build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns, working with families, professionals, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Commit to a minimum of three days per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Experience with ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour required.

About the Role

Who We're Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
• Experience with ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour required.

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £16-£25 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday-Friday daytime availability required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
