Job summary

Nudge Education is hiring compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role operates beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families and regional teams to ensure consistent support for vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour required.

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.
