Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH in community settings across the UK. You will work to create safe, engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms and build trusted relationships with students and their families.

This role offers flexible opportunities, requires a full UK driving licence, and involves delivering tailored sessions several days per week with safeguarding checks and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

About the Role

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £16–£25 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday–Friday daytime availability required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
