Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across Northampton and nearby areas.

You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families and regional teams to ensure consistent, safe learning experiences for every young person.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• SEMH experience.
• Complex needs experience.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.

This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

We value empathy, resilience, creativity, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs

• Right to work in the UK

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £16.48 -£25.75 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday–Friday daytime availability required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
