Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role goes beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences and support students through tailored interventions.

You will build trust, monitor progress, and work with families, professionals, and regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality support for vulnerable young people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD and ASD.
• Experience with challenging behaviour and SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing.

About the Role

Who We're Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD and ASD
• Experience of challenging behaviour and supporting young people with SEMH

• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £16.48-£25.75 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday-Friday daytime availability required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
