Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a dedicated Childcare Supervisor to support Club V operations in Brentwood. You will oversee the childcare team, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children and families, and lead activities and onboarding in the absence of the Family Activities Manager.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 childcare qualifications, solid experience with children, and a proactive, solution-focused approach to daily club operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related field.
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, nursery, education, leisure or similar environment.
• Friendly, calm and approachable, with the ability to act quickly and effectively in a variety of situations.
• Experience supporting or supervising a team, with a passion for motivating others and creating positive team cultures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with children, parents and caregivers.
