Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Childcare Solicitor to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands on a 3-4 month locum basis. The role permits a 4 or 5 day week and requires Midlands-based attendance for court hearings.

The successful candidate will handle care cases, contribute to a collaborative legal environment, and benefit from substantial admin support to focus on complex childcare welfare matters.

Formación

• Must be a Solicitor, Barrister, or FILEX with litigation accreditation.
• Current practising certificate.
• Proven experience handling childcare law cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation.
