Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 PQE experience in Childcare.
• Have experience dealing with legal aid funded matters.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Be commercially aware, organised and able to manage their own caseload.
• Demonstrate ambition and a desire to progress their career.
• Show initiative and be confident taking ownership of their work.
• Be keen to develop your experience and, in time, work towards panel accreditation.
