Job Details:

• Job Title: Childcare Solicitor

• Salary: Up to circa £40k (DOE)

The Role:

As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of childcare law matters, including advising parents, grandparents, and other family members. Responsibilities include handling child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, care orders, emergency protection orders, pre-proceedings meetings, and interim care orders.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and join a team with extensive knowledge in childcare law. Proven technical expertise in all aspects of childcare law and the ability to undertake advocacy are preferred. Excellent teamwork and client care skills are essential.
