Job summary

West Dunbartonshire Council invites applications for a Fixed term Childcare Modern Apprentice. The role supports pre-school education across West Dunbartonshire and enables you to work towards the SVQ Social Services Children and Young People at SCQF 7.

Applicants should be aged 16–24 (or up to 29 if disabled or care experienced), with 3 National Grade 4s (including English) or equivalent. PVG membership is essential, and successful applicants will benefit from generous leave and pension

• National 4s including English or equivalent.
• Eligibility: aged 16–24 (up to 29 if disabled or care experienced) and resident in West Dunbartonshire.

• Support the educational development of pre-school children in local settings across West Dunbartonshire.
• Work across various locations within West Dunbartonshire.
• Progress towards SVQ Social Services Children and Young People at SCQF 7.
