Qualifications

• 3+ PQE in childcare law.
• Experience in guardianship orders, adoption, private children law matters, care and interim orders, and emergency protection orders.
• Strong advocacy and Children Panel accreditation or working toward it.

Childcare Lawyer / 3+ PQE / Northamptonshire / £45,000 to £65,000 (DOE) / An experienced Childcare Lawyer is sought after to join an established practice in Northamptonshire. OVERVIEW:

• The ideal Childcare Lawyer will have excellent experience in covering all types of childcare matters.
• You will have experience of advising on special guardianship orders, adoption, private children law matters, care and interim orders as well as emergency protection orders.
• With at least 3 years PQE you will be more than confident in managing your own caseload.
• You should also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships, providing a first-class service to clients.
• You will ideally have strong advocacy experience and be Children Panel accredited or working toward to the accreditation.
• The successful Childcare Lawyer will be a good team player, focused on providing exceptional service and advice to clients.
• This established practice covers a range of legal services, and they are looking for an experienced Childcare Lawyer who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters.
