Job summary

Treehouse Nursery School, part of Storal, in Bristol, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to keep children safe, loved and inspired to learn. You will apply the Storal curriculum daily and seek learning opportunities in routines, bonding with children and families through meaningful moments.

Nursery: Treehouse Nursery School, Orchard School, Filton Road, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 0XY
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday. Term time and part time working hours will also be considered
Salary: Up to £12.90 per hour

Hi, I'm Lorraine, the Nursery Manager at Treehouse.

About the role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
• Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you

• A true love for child development and care

• Able and willing to work in a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents

• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves

• A full and relevant Level 2 qualification within early years
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
