Vision For Education Ltd. in Llanelli is seeking a Flying Start Practitioner to support learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–4 years in a caring, safe environment.

You’ll provide personal care when needed, work closely with families, and contribute to CPD opportunities and team activities within our supportive education community. Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? Do you believe every child deserves the very best start in life? If so, we’d love you to join our team as a Flying Start Practitioner in the Llanelli area!

About the Role

As a Flying Start Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–4 years. You’ll create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can explore, play, and thrive. Personal care is an important part of this role — so you’ll need to be comfortable supporting children with their care needs, and ideally have previous experience doing so.

What You’ll Need
