Job summary

Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort in Perthshire is home to Big Country, our childcare facility packed with activities for children aged 2–12. The successful applicant will lead indoor and outdoor activities and ensure children have fun in a fast-paced, dynamic holiday destination.

Shifts are on a flexible, zero-hour contract with no staff accommodation; formal childcare qualification is preferred, but enthusiasm and a friendly, confident communication style are essential to engage with children.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in childcare is preferred.
• If not qualified, show enthusiasm and interest in childcare career.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with children required.

Responsibilities

• Lead indoor and outdoor activities for children.
• Manage sessions for ages 2–12 across daily programs.
• Deliver fun, safe play and varied activities.
