Job summary

Paragon Social Care Limited is seeking compassionate and resilient Children’s Support Workers to join our team, helping young people in local authority care and providing wraparound support around times of uncertainty and transition.

You will advocate for young people, help build routines, support education and life skills, and assist with meals and healthy lifestyles. A UK driving licence and willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
• Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is desirable but not essential - we’ll support the right people to grow.
