Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking an experienced Child Support Worker to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will support children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours, across a variety of shifts including days, waking nights and sleep-ins.

We offer flexible shifts to suit you, ongoing support from the Phoenix Care Staff team, and weekly pay at £13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
