Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Children’s Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. We offer flexible shifts across days, waking nights and sleep-ins.

A full UK driving licence is preferred; minimum 6 months' care experience; reliable, caring and person-centred approach. Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts with weekly pay and ongoing support from the Phoenix Care

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
