Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking an experienced Child Support Worker to join our team, helping children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. We offer days, waking nights and sleep-ins to suit you, with ongoing support from our team.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in care, experience with learning disabilities, and a flexible approach to shifts. A driving licence is preferred to support travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care or support work.
• Experience with children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.

We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.

What we’re looking for:

• A full UK driving licence is preferred
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support
