Job summary

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Service Delivery Officer in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). This permanent, full-time role is 37 hours per week, with a hybrid pattern requiring 2–3 days in the office and the rest from home.

You will handle referrals from professionals and the public, ensure timely processing, support child protection processes, and contribute to minutes and admin tasks while working under deadlines in a busy team environment.
