• Taking professional responsibility for decision-making
• Providing an effective Social Work service, including assessment, case planning, and reviews

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree
• Registration with Social Work England
• Knowledge and experience of statutory frameworks, policies, procedures, and best practices
• High level of determination, organizational skills, personal drive, energy, and ambition to achieve targets and improve outcomes
• Sound assessment and case management skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment with tight deadlines
