Young People and Families
Our YPF hub provides early intervention, targeted, and specialist support to those in crisis, leaving care, missing from home, or with substance misuse or mental health issues. Our services support all individuals regardless of their situation, with a high success rate.
Music to My Ears (MTME)
MTME is a creative arts project supporting young people affected by CCE, using music, photography, filmmaking, and other arts to engage and build trusted relationships. It operates outreach services in diverse settings comfortable for young people.
About the role
You will deliver interventions to young people, helping them develop resilience, confidence, healthy relationships, and positive decision-making skills. Using creative arts, you will engage young people and facilitate dialogue where traditional talking therapies may not be effective.

Minimum requirements include 5 GCSEs (grade C or above) or equivalent, relevant skills, knowledge, and experience. A qualification in youth/community work, social care, health, or education is desirable.
Salary: Up to £27,000, depending on experience and skills.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Flexibility: Opportunities for flexible homeworking, based in Leatherhead
*A valid driving license, access to a vehicle, MOT, and business insurance are required.*
*Work may include evenings, weekends, and travel around Surrey and occasionally the UK.*
*An enhanced DBS check is mandatory.*
