You do not need previous residential childcare experience to be considered. We are looking for individuals with the right values, attitude and desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
To be considered, you will need:
Successful applicants will be fully supported to achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within two years of employment if not already qualified.
As this is a residential childcare setting operating 24 hours a day, the role involves:
Sleep-in payments will typically increase annual earnings by approximately £1,500 per year.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
