Job Opportunity: Nursery Practitioner / Adult Care Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to create a stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety of all children in your care.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in an early years setting or adult care environment.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework or relevant care standards.
