Job summary

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive standards, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and productivity improvements. Hybrid pattern available.
Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing welding strategies in complex environments.
- Strong leadership of welding engineering or development teams.
- Expertise in welding governance, standards and quality improvement.
- Experience delivering capability development and workforce training.
- Proven ability to support audits with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the welding strategy aligned to production needs.
- Lead and manage welding engineers and technicians.
- Drive innovation with new welding technologies and automation.
- Manage welding standards, specs, investigations and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and HSE to meet compliance.
