Our platform unifies five core intelligence systems—lead scoring, intent detection, engagement prediction, churn analysis, and opportunity forecasting—into a seamless workflow automation engine that doesn't just identify opportunities but orchestrates the actions needed to capture them.

Recently recognised in the Kickstart Global Founders Top 100 (from 1000+ startups) and selected for the GITEX Global x Expand North Star London Roadshow Top 10 London Roadshow , we're building technology that solves the most critical challenge in modern sales: converting data into revenue-generating actions.

We're seeking an exceptional technical co-founder who combines deep AI expertise with genuine passion for transforming how sales teams operate. This founding CTO role offers the opportunity to architect a complete AI-powered sales intelligence platform from first principles, with our beta launch expected for July 2025. We already have a growing list of beta users and are anticipating a successful launch.

What You'll Build (But not limited to):

  • Unified Intelligence Engine: Develop our core algorithmic suite that powers lead scoring, intent classification, and engagement prediction through sophisticated ML models
  • Multi-Source Data Orchestration: Create intelligent data pipelines that unify CRM, web scraping, and third-party API data into actionable sales intelligence
  • Intelligent Workflow Automation: Design systems that transform sales insights into automated action sequences optimised for conversion
  • Predictive Sales Analytics: Build forecasting and opportunity models that provide unprecedented visibility into sales pipelines
  • Scalable, Enterprise-Grade Infrastructure: Architect cloud systems that deliver millisecond-level response times with enterprise data volumes

Ideal Experience and Background (But not limited to):

  • Deep Understanding of Sales Processes: Genuine comprehension of B2B sales cycles, qualification frameworks, and sales operations
  • CRM Architecture Knowledge: Experience working with multiple CRM systems and understanding their data models and limitations
  • Sales Enablement Experience: Familiarity with how sales intelligence drives rep effectiveness and efficiency
  • Revenue Operations Perspective: Understanding how technology impacts revenue generation and sales productivity
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone with specific sales expertise and knowledge, coupled with the passion for creating innovative solutions for sales teams.
