A global wealth management SaaS platform is seeking a visionaryChief Technology Officer (CTO)to lead its global technology function.

The company offers a multi-product platform designed to transform client lifecycle workflows, onboarding, and relationship management within regulated financial institutions.

This is a high-impact executive position for a hands-on technology leader with proven experience scaling complex B2B platforms. The role involves driving architectural excellence, managing distributed development teams, and aligning technology delivery with strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the company’s overall technology vision, ensuring alignment with product innovation and commercial targets.

• Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams across multiple geographies, fostering a strong culture of ownership, delivery, and quality.

• Oversee architecture, platform scalability, system performance, and the secure deployment of solutions in enterprise environments.

• Collaborate with product leaders to define and execute a cohesive technology roadmap across multiple SaaS offerings.

• Guide best practices across Agile development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and information security.

• Interface with enterprise clients and strategic partners to support solution implementation and ongoing technical delivery.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and data protection across global markets.

• Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to long-term business strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles, including 3–5 years in a CTO or VP Engineering capacity.

• Proven success scaling enterprise SaaS platforms in complex, regulated industries (WealthTech/Private Banking preferred).

• Strong technical depth in software architecture, public cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), and modern DevOps practices.

• Experience with platforms serving B2B clients, ideally involving client onboarding, workflow automation, or CRM functionality.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to financial institutions (e.g., data privacy, auditability, risk controls).

• A collaborative leadership style, with a track record of building and retaining global engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills, able to influence across C-level, product, and engineering domains.
