Prospectoro is transforming how growing businesses find and qualify their ideal customers through AI-powered sales intelligence. We're building a platform that combines intelligent lead qualification with unified CRM data management, solving critical challenges for businesses scaling their sales operations. Prospectoro was featured in the Kickstart Global Founders (W24 cohort) Top 100 finalist (out of 1000+ start ups) and most recently in the GITEX Global x Expand North Star (London Roadshow March 2025) Top 10.

We're seeking a visionary CTO to Co-lead our technical strategy and build our AI-powered platform from the ground up, with the beta release planned for July 2025 (expected- may be sooner or later). This is a founding team position - a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about AI, sales technology, and scaling innovative solutions.

What You'll Build:

1. Scalable cloud infrastructure
2. Innovative sales intelligence features
3. Prospectoro's own in-house AI agents, APIs and Webscraping tools

Responsibilities:

1. Co-Lead technical strategy and architecture design
2. Build and scale our AI/ML capabilities
3. Develop our cloud infrastructure
4. Drive innovation and technical excellence
5. AI/ML technologies (not limited to); PyTorch, SciKitLearn, TensorFlow.
6. Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
7. API integration capabilities; preferably REST API.
8. Data processing at scale
9. Extensive knowledge and experience with bayesian neural networks is preferred.

Qualifications:

Must Have: A Masters Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical or Electronical Engineering.

MUST have:

• Strong background in AI/ML development
• Experience building SaaS platforms at scale
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales tech
• Startup experience preferred
• Strong architectural vision
• OR:
• Start-up experience, whether it be running your own or co-founding.
