Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Project Delivery Manager in Sheffield, with 3 days in the office, for a 7-month contract. You will lead large-scale virtualization, data centre transformations and cloud adoption across the bank's global technology landscape.

Qualifications

Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing virtualisation and migration programmes.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure/AWS/GCP.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure transformation projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies.
Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Drive proactive risk, issue, assumption, and dependency management.
Coordinate resources across infrastructure, engineering, architecture, security, operations, and vendors.
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
