Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Head of Talent Development and Learning to lead the People Team’s learning strategy. You will translate business priorities into scalable capability programs, shaping the enterprise talent development and learning roadmap for leadership, management, technology and emerging capabilities.

You will partner with senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, build talent pipelines, and evolve a modern, inclusive learning ecosystem with data-driven governance and ROI

• Experience shaping enterprise-wide talent, leadership and learning priorities.
• Ability translating business strategy into learning and development actions.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and driving impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the enterprise Talent Development and Learning strategy and roadmap.
• Analyse needs and data to inform the 70:20:10 learning approach and curriculum.
• Design, deliver and evaluate scalable leadership and professional development programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance.
• Lead the learning ecosystem, governance, and technology strategy, including external partners.
