Job summary

Consortio Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Chief Stew to lead a three-person interior team aboard a 45m+ private/charter motor yacht. The role focuses on traditional, hands-on hospitality and delivering exceptional service for private and charter programmes.

Requirements include proven Chief Stew (or strong Second Stew) experience, excellent service skills, and the ability to lead a small team. Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa where required.

Chief Stew - 45m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew to lead a team of three on board a 45m+ motor yacht operating a private and charter programme. The owners enjoy spending time on board and entertaining friends, so this is a great opportunity for someone who excels in traditional, hands‑on hospitality and delivering exceptional service.

The Details

• Salary: $7,500–$8,000 per month
• Leave: 40 days
• Interior Team: 3
• Programme: Private and charter
• Winter: Caribbean, with charters starting in December
• Summer: Likely Mediterranean, with plans to be confirmed
• Additional: Potential yacht show attendance

The Requirements

• A traditional, polished approach to hospitality, including welcome drinks on the owners’ arrival and entertaining guests
• Organised, proactive and able to maintain high standards across both private and charter use
